- Noun: When all players in a group are killed, usually whilst exploring a dungeon.

Wormhole
- Noun: An astronomical phenomenon that allows near instaneous transport over great distance. Created and stabilised by a Stargate. See The Stargate.

- Abbr: World of Warcraft, one of the most popular and well-known MMORPGs currently on the market.
Wraith
- Noun: The main antagonist of Stargate Atlantis. A race of humanoids that feed off human's "life energy".
